Pupils at Tredworth Junior School have helped Project Solace and Gloucester Police to promote awareness of anti-social behaviour (ASB).

Year 5 students have designed posters to encourage their peers to report problems to teachers, parents and local agencies. The posters include slogans “Anti-Social Behaviour Stops Here” and “If You See Someone Doing Something Wrong, Walk Away and Tell Someone about It!” They highlight the consequences of perpetrating ASB and the effect it can have on victims, and tell people how to report it.

Tredworth Junior School Head Teacher, Mr Andrew Darby, said; “We are proud to be involved with this groundbreaking project to raise awareness of the issues around anti-social behaviour. We are confident our children and families will derive a huge benefit from the project.”
Barton and Tredworth Local Policing Area Sergeant, Lynn Northfield, said; “This project is a very positive team effort; it’s lovely to see the school community joining together with local Officers and the Project Solace team to reduce anti-social behaviour in the area
