GFM 96.6 Volunteer Radio Presenters Needed
Daytime presenters and specialist shows
GFM 96.6 was granted a five-year community radio licence and has been broadcast since the summer of 2006. As well as an FM broadcast the programmes are transmitted live around the world via our website.
GFM 96.6 only plays music of black origin (MOBO) and prides it self on providing the community of Gloucester with Music, News, Information and Advice.
We need Volunteers for:-
Breakfast Show:- 8am-11am
- Gloucester’s Favourite Breakfast Music, Local & Caribbean News, New & Classic RNB, Reggae, Gospel, Hip Hop & UK Soundz
Afternoon Show Wednesday & Thursday 12pm-3pm
- RNB: Hip Hop: Reggae: UK Soundz
Drive –Time:- Monday – Thursday 3pm-6pm
- New & Classic Reggae, Splash of RNB & Old Skool Classics & traffic & travel information update
Community Link Show Monday & Tuesday 6pm-7pm
- Music, Local & National Issues & Interviews
- Caribbean Newsreaders Required Thursday & Friday
Monday:- 9m-11pm
- New & Classic Reggae & Dancehall
Wednesday:- 9pm-11pm
- Urban Musiz Mix Show
Thursday:- 9pm-11pm
- Reggae Roots Music Show
Saturday:-
- 10am-12pm: Soul & Reggae Vocal Classics
- 2pm-5pm: New & Current RNB, Hip Hop, UK Soundz
- 10pm-1am: Saturday Night Reggae Jam
Sunday:-
- 4pm-6pm:- Lovers Rock Show
- 8pm-10pm:-Sunday Night Party – RNB, UK Soundz & Hip Hop
- 10pm-12am: Weekend Wind Down… Slow Jamz & RNB
