Car damaged with “unidentified” liquid

Vandals who damaged an 18-year-old girl’s car with an “unidentified” liquid are being sought by police.
The blue Ford Fiesta, owned by an 18-year-old girl from Gloucester, was damaged by an unknown offender between 10.30am and 6pm on Saturday, October 2 in Widden Street.
Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the crime to come forward.
PC Neil Parsons, officer-in-charge of the case, said: “Where the substance has had contact with the vehicle it has removed the paint and caused considerable damage.
“The roof, bonnet, windscreen, rear windscreen and sides of the car have all been affected. This appears to be a malicious act of vandalism.
“We need anyone who saw how it happened to call us immediately.”
