Serious Assault in Pitt Street

At around 3.15am on Saturday, July 17, police received a report of a serious assault outside a house in Pitt Street, Gloucester.
A 43-year-old man from Gloucester had suffered serious head injuries and was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, where his condition is described as stable.
Three women were arrested in connection with the incident within an hour of the incident.
A 21-year-old woman from Kidderminster was subsequently charged with GBH with intent and remanded in custody. She will be appearing at Cheltenham Magistrate’s Court today, July 19.
A 23-year-old woman from Gloucester was also charged with GBH with intent and remanded in custody. She will be appearing at Cheltenham Magistrate’s Court today, July 19.
A 24-year-old woman from Gloucester, who was arrested on suspicion of GBH, was bailed to attend Gloucester Police Station on August 4, pending further enquiries.
