Serious Assault In Belgrove Terrace, Gloucester

At just after 9am on Saturday, July 17, police received a report of a serious assault at a house in Belgrove Terrace in Gloucester.
The assault is believed to have taken place between 7.30am and 9am on that morning.
The victim, a 19-year-old man from Gloucester, suffered a stab wound to the leg and facial injuries and was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, where he is in a stable condition.
A 24-year-old man from Gloucester was arrested later in the morning on suspicion of wounding with intent in connection to the incident. He has been bailed to attend Gloucester Police Station on August 14, pending further enquiries.
